Calcium:

For healthy bones and teeth, calcium must be included in your child’s diet. Milk, yogurt, cheese, green leafy vegetables (like spinach and broccoli) are some foods that contain high levels of calcium.

Iron:

Iron is important for a healthy body as well as for transporting oxygen around it. This nutrient is found in leafy vegetables, whole grains, pulses, beans, nuts, dried fruits, etc.

Vitamins:

They are essential for a child’s optimal health. Vitamins A, C & D and be found in milk, yogurt, green leafy vegetables, carrots, sweet potatoes, red pepper, and spinach. Also, citrus fruits, tomatoes, berries are some foods high in Vitamin C. While the Sun is the main source of Vitamin D, it can also be found in soy milk.
