Fear of being dependent
Being independent and living life on your own terms is one thing. But, being uncomfortable about depending on anyone at all is another thing. If you take extra care to not seek help or care from others, you might have this fear.
Difficulty in reading yourself
If you struggle to identify your strengths and weaknesses, things you are capable of doing, or things that matter to you, it means you do not know yourself as well as you should.
This feeling is different for different people. Some might not be able to find their purpose in life, some cannot establish fruitful relations in life, or something else. The reasons might vary, but the feeling is mutual.
Playing the blame-game, with yourself!
Feeling guilty, shameful, angry and blaming yourself for the smallest negative event in your life is an unhealthy trait you should get rid of. It is okay to make mistakes, having needs, or having a certain feeling. It is okay, relax!
